Returns & Refunds
Transparent policies regarding clinical assessments and prescription supply.
1. Cost Transparency & Payment
We are legally obligated to inform you of all costs prior to consultation. Postage and treatment charges are clearly displayed at checkout with no hidden fees.
You are responsible for providing valid payment details. We reserve the right to withhold delivery if payment is invalid or expired.
2. Clinical Suitability & Legal Rights
By placing an order, you agree to a clinical assessment by our medical team.
3. Cancellation Rules
Orders can be cancelled before the "Dispatch Confirmation" email is sent. Refunds are subject to Clause 7 admin fees.
Due to patient safety and the nature of prescription medication, we cannot accept returns once the medicine has left the pharmacy.
4. Faulty or Misdescribed Products
If a product is faulty or not as described, you must notify us in writing immediately at info@i-prescribe.com.
- Notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
- Return the product via a tracked service with proof of postage.
- The item will be clinically inspected before a refund is approved.
5. Administrative Fees
If you cancel an order before dispatch, an administrative fee of £10 may be deducted to cover the clinical review and pharmacist's time already spent assessing your case.
*This fee also applies if we cancel your order due to a lack of response to clinical follow-up questions.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used. We aim to process approved refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 28 days for the funds to appear in your account following confirmation of a defective product.
