1. General Information & Scope
i-Prescribe Pharmacy is the trading name of I Prescribe Limited (Company No. 16207578). We are fully regulated by the MHRA and the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
This service is intended for UK residents only and is governed by English law.
2. Our Services
We provide digital, remote, and face-to-face pharmaceutical consultations.
3. Eligibility & User Obligations
By using this service, you agree to the following mandatory requirements:
- Age: 16+ for NHS repeat prescriptions, 18+ for private treatments.
- Honesty: You must provide accurate and complete medical information.
- Security: You are responsible for your account credentials. No multiple accounts allowed.
4. Identity Verification
To comply with UK law, we use third-party partners (e.g., LexisNexis) to verify your identity. If we cannot verify your identity, we cannot provide prescription medication.
5. Prescriptions & Supply
The decision to issue a prescription lies solely with the prescriber. A contract is only formed when we send a "Dispatch Confirmation" email.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices include consultation fees and VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market fluctuations, though this will not affect approved orders.
7. Cancellations & Returns
Statutory Exception: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, there is no right to return prescription medication once dispensed and dispatched.
Pre-Dispatch: Cancellations made before dispatch may incur a £10 administrative fee to cover clinical review costs.
8. Liability & Safety
We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to provide accurate medical history or follow clinical advice. Services are provided for private, domestic use only.
