What is Orlistat?
Orlistat is a prescription medication used to support weight loss in adults who are overweight or obese. It works best when combined with a reduced-calorie, lower-fat diet and regular physical activity.

How It Works:
Orlistat blocks the absorption of some of the fat from the food you eat. This undigested fat is passed out of the body, helping to reduce calorie intake and support weight loss.

Directions for Use:

• Take one capsule three times a day with each main meal containing fat

• Swallow the capsule whole with water, immediately before, during, or up to one hour after eating

• Skip a dose if the meal is missed or contains no fat

• Follow a lower-fat diet to achieve best results and reduce side effects
