Rizatriptan Tablets

What is Rizatriptan?

Rizatriptan Tablets are a fast-acting prescription treatment for the acute relief of migraine attacks with or without aura in adults. They are designed for use at the first sign of migraine symptoms to help restore comfort and function quickly.

Uses:

• Acute treatment of migraine attacks in adults

• Effective for reducing headache pain and associated symptoms such as nausea, light sensitivity, and sound sensitivity

How It Works:
Rizatriptan acts on serotonin (5-HT₁B/₁D) receptors in the brain to narrow widened blood vessels and block pain signals, stopping migraine symptoms.

Directions:
Take one tablet at the first sign of migraine. A second dose may be taken after 2 hours if symptoms return. Do not exceed 30 mg in 24 hours. Always follow your doctor’s instructions.
